Our story begins in 1996 when our CEO founder’s father independently developed his first self-storage facility in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Seven subsequent facilities were independently developed in Honolulu, West Los Angeles, Chicago and Houston. Following her family’s legacy, our CEO Jennique Mason has successfully managed 5 self-storage properties together with her team in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, Houston and Chicago since 2008. Properties under management have averaged 100,000 square feet with approximately 1,000 tenants at each facility. Our standard is no less than 90% occupancy with less than 5% delinquency. We pride ourselves in understanding how to efficiently and effectively raise NOI by focusing on the “basics.” Old-fashioned customer service, uncompromising cleanliness, rigorous rate management and addressing necessary capital improvements are our family’s proven recipe for success!
